Coaching Overview

Coaching programs are flexible to the extent that you decide how many sessions that you would like. However, Coachees who benefit most usually make a commitment to 3, 6 or 12 months to a lifetime of coaching. The best athlete has a coach and the most successful professionals maintain a coaching relationship. Again, the choice is yours!

Initial Consultation

The initial consultation is complimentary. It entails getting some important information from Coachee such as professional background and goals. We will also discuss which coaching program best fits your requirements.

Telephone

This type coaching entails 4 to 5 scheduled phone sessions, each being 30 to 45 minutes in duration, based upon your goals, desired level of performance, quickness of results expected etc. In addition to the scheduled phone sessions, Coachee sometimes need to call or e-mail coach for short and quick interventions and to remain on track with desired goals. Coachee can expect to receive a number of interventions including assignments based on desired outcome, worksheets, assessments, questions and suggestions that will facilitate the achievement of goals.
Fee: $350 - $500 per month

Face-to-Face

These type coaching sessions are more in-depth, and, accordingly are longer. We are happy to discuss this coaching option. Please contact us for details.

E-mail

E-mail communication is oftentimes a more convenient forum for communicating. Typically, Coachee can expect a response within 24 hours. Coachee can expect the exchange of up to 4 e-mails.
Fee: $75.00 per month

Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is frequently requested by professionals who benefit from more frequent and longer phone calls and profession specific (e.g., work-life balance and leadership support) coaching.
Fee: from $600 - up per month

Coaching Programs & Fees

Once you have selected the type coaching program that you would like, you may expect the following:

Phase I - Initial Consultation (contact InnerG, I.L.P. to complete this phase)

Phase II - Send an e-mail to info@innergilp.com with Begin Coaching Program in the subject line (it might be easiest to copy and paste this information!) Indicate which program you have selected. You will receive a response with a welcome letter and payment options. Remit payment for your program of choice.

Phase III -You will receive an assessment tool respective to your goals to better facilitate your desired outcomes.

Phase IV -Coaching sessions will begin according to your goals and desired outcomes.
